He did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, my car has never driven so smoothly in a long time, being an oldish car I never thought it would run so nicely again, even though my two rims are slightly buckled you don’t even feel it anymore.
It was the best R600 I spent in a long time. ( balancing and wheel alignment and adjustments)

You guys sorted me out on Saturday with a set of Coopers Discovery HT’s for my Prado after I made some internet enquiries during the week. I must say, I was suitably impressed with you and your team’s extremely professional service!
In my 20 years of owing my own cars and having to go through the trouble of replacing tyres, Saturday was my best experience ever, I almost enjoyed having to replace tyres (maybe the fact that the Cheetahs won their Super Rugby match had something to do with it as well).
Even when Jaco told me that one of the studs on the right front wheel broke whilst being torque’d it still felt good. It was just dealt with so professionally (this happened to me before and it became my problem to source another stud).
Wayne, well done to you and your team A special word of commendation to Jaco who recommended the Coopers and handled the entire transaction.
I am a definite “return-customer” and have been singing your praises since Saturday – expect a lot more customers from Hartbeespoort!

Ek het op 1 Mei by Autowiel Hatfield gestop sodat hulle na ‘n pap bank kon kyk vir my.
Hulle het dadelik ager gekom dat ek 2 bande moes vervang (run-flats vir ‘n BMW).
Ek is van Middelburg af en het sopas van die hositaal af gekom met my vrou en pasgebore baba.Ek het my situasie aan hulle ook so verduidelik.
‘n Jongerige blanke man en ‘n swart man agter die toonbank het my gehelp,ek kan ongelukkig nie hulle name onthou nie.
Ek was binne 30 minute daar weg met 2 nuwe bande op my motor teen ‘n goeie prys!
Hulle het tot sover gegaan as om vir my vrou vrugtesap te bring waar sy binne in die motor gesit en wag het.
Almal is geneig om vinnig te kla en ek is een van daardie mense,maar ek glo ook dat jy die nodige kompliment moet gee waar dit nodig is.
Ek is baie tevrede met die diens wat ek ontvang het en ek vra dat dit ook so na die nodige personeel oorgedra word.
As ek nader aan julle was sou ek definitief al my besigheid vir julle gegee het.

Herewith a word of thanks and appreciation for the outstanding and excellent service that I experienced at your business with the purchase of new tyres for my vehicle.
Greg van Rooyen fitted a set of tyres for my Rexton 4×4 a while ago. The tyres were balanced but immediately started wobbling as if out of balance. He took back my vehicle 4 times o re-balance the wheels. Greg really went the extra mile to deliver my car back to my work the last few times. He then exchanged 2 tyres for new ones after finding that the tyres wasn’t completely round. The problem still persisted
Eventually Greg took the tyres back and gave me credit after deducting the km’s used, and put on 4 new Michellin tyres. I paid in the difference in price and my problem was immediately solved completely.
The attendant Stefaans also went out of his way to make me a happy customer with explaining exactly what he was doing and giving very polite and prompt service all the time.
Thanks again to Greg and Stefaans for really going the extra mile to keep the customer satisfied. Be assured of my continued use of your business, as well as that of my family and friends to which I recommend your business.

I stopped by at your Montana branch yesterday afternoon after 16:00 to find out whether they had the tyre size & make that I was looking for. While they did not have it in stock, they assured me that they could have it by today & they did – I received a call in the morning to confirm that they have the tyre.
On arriving at the branch this afternoon I was immediately ushered onto the ramp while I was busy parking. I was somewhat surprised when one of the staff checked the pressure of the one tyre which was going to be the spare & was then further surprised when the pressure of all the other tires was checked. They also put tyre polish on all the tyres while I was only replacing one tire. I was informed that the alignment needed to be adjusted & was asked whether they can take the car for a test drive to ensure that it was 100% correct. The best part is that it all only took 20 minutes. I have been to so many different branches of different tyre suppliers and I have never experienced such efficient and professional service.
I have often had to wait for more than an hour at other places, have never had anyone check the tyre pressure of all the tyres (not to even mention the spare), often had to have the tyres rechecked the following day (pressure varying from 3.1 to 3.5 on some occassions), and I have never had anyone of the branches offering to take the car for a test drive.
I will definitely be making use of the Montana branch again, will recommend the branch to friends in the area and will be putting a compliment on hellopeter.com

Ek het vroeg Desember na Autowiel in Montana (Agter die Spar) gegaan om my wheel alignment reg te stel. Ek was besonder beindruk met die goeie diens wat ek gekry het. In die verlede was diens oral goed, maar vandag voel dit vir my mense gee nie meer om nie. Daarom het ek dit goedgedink om die moeite te doen en jul daarop te wys dat ek by geen ander plek weer my wiele sal doen as by julle nie. Die manier waarop die personeel mekaar hanteer was ook vir my opvallend. Dit is ‘n klomp vriendelike werkers.
Dankie dat ons nog DIENS kry in die omgewing.

I cannot help but compliment your guys on the excellent service rendered by your guys with specific reference to Bennie at sales and Malope on the floor at your Montana Corner branch in Pretoria.
I had new tyres fitted and wheel alignment done some time ago, after which the vehicle had been back to have the tyre pressure adjusted a couple of times. Never once did I have to wait or met with an unfriendly or less helpful assistant. Malope inquired about the last times the tyres had been rotated and then promptly did so.
Your guys seem to have the ability to keep customers satisfied and the wheels rolling without the need for a waiting area that is bigger than the shop floor.

I would like to take this opportunity in congratulating your company on the exceptional service presented to me by your employee’s on 14 February 2013.
There needs to be special mention made of Nadine, who went out of her way, far beyond, to assist me in sorting out the bolts on a mag, that were a real problem. She was courteous, and informative. She provided solutions to problems, and showed immense initiative in resolving issues which seemed well beyond my own ability or patience levels.
I was pleasantly surprised by the costs, and am seriously impressed with this branch, especially when I had to go to a competitor for the bolts (not a fault of Autowiel). At this branch I was devastated at the cost of 3 bolts being almost triple the price of what I would have paid by the mag shop around the corner from your branch. The competitor also gave me the wrong bolts, which caused that I had to drive back, and correct this. So thank you for the professional and technical experience you showed as well.

I had the misfortune of having a tyre blow-out on my way to an urgent meeting just outside Diepsloot on the R55. Fortunately I travel the road often and knew of a garage a few hundred metres down the road.
Upon arrival I noticed the Tyremart autowiel and pulled in to find out if they can repair flats (I didn’t know how badly the tyre was damaged.)
The first thing I can say about the Centurion West branch was the friendliness of the salesman, Jack, who helped me. He dropped everything and came outside to advise me immediately. When he heard how much of a rush I was in and that the tyre would need to be completely replaced, he could give me a reliable estimate of how long it would take to put 2 new tyres on. I was somewhat impressed by the fact that he didn’t harass me for all the usual up-selling extras tyre places usually do but did exactly what I asked for specific to my needs.
What speaks volumes about Jack was not only his attention to my exact needs but that he was willing to get his hands dirty: it is the first time that I have EVER experienced a salesman actually working with the team and loosening the tyres to speed up the process. I find this character trait telling about a person who cares about his customers and goes the extra length for them.
I would therefore like to congratulate the Centurion West branch for stellar service that stood out, and give a special word of thanks to Jack who got me out of the shop within 20 minutes so that I could make my appointment in the nick of time. Jack truly is an asset to your franchise.

Na aanleiding van ons telefoniese gesprek vroeer vandag wil ek net weer eens die vinnige diens bevestig wat Eddie verlede week Donderdag net voor die lang naweek aan my gelewer het terwyl jul toonbank vrek besig was. Talle ander plekke het my weg gewys waaronder Renault, maar Eddie het dadelik die probleem identifiseer, die nodige onderdeel van vermoedelik Johannesburg bestel en my gevra om 2 ure later terug te keer vir die onderdeel. Binne ‘n uur egter het hy gebel en laat weet dat die onderdeel aangekom het, hy het dit self ingeskroef en siedaar, ek kon dadelik met vakansie vertrek. Die onderdeel (wat bepaal het of ek met vakansie kon gaan of NIE) is ‘n koppelstuk tussen die Renault se 20 punt en die sleepwa se 7 punt. Al die ander plekke wat ek paniekerig besoek het, het net skouers opgetrek, maar Eddie het doodkalm opgetree en gehelp.

Hiermee wil ek gaag van die geleentheid gebruik maak om een van jul werknemers genaamd Coert (vertrou sy naam is reg gespel) te bedank vir die wonderlike puik diens wat hy aan my verleen het.
Het my op verskeie male terug geskakel met die data oor verskillende bande vir ‘n Volvo S40 om sodoende die beste gehalte van band aan my te verskaf.
Nie te min ook my daarop laat onthou vir die nodigheid om my voertuig se bande te vervang. Het ander instansies geskakel en was van plan om naby my woning die te laat vervang maar met die wonderlike diens vanaf Coert het my laat besef daar is nog afrikaanse mense wat wil om ander ‘n diens te lewer.
Kon ongelukkig nie self by jul aankom nie weens al my vergaderings maar het my vrou gestuur en selfs sy het terugvoer gegee dat die diens en ontvangs deur Coert was puik en beslis “Bo uitstaande”. Baie “inpresive” hoe ek dit in engels sal uit druk, dat al die nodige inligting alreeds op rekenaar was sonder onnodige tyd te neem.
Dankie vir die diens, Coert is beslis ‘n aanwins vir Auto Tyre.
Sal beslis weer met jul besigheid wil doen en jul aanbeveel by al my kollegas.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being attended by Mr. Quinton Rossouw at Auto Tyre. I must commend him for his excellent service, courtesy and his ability to keep me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. I noticed that he gave the same attention to all the customers in the waiting room. He gave me a print out of the size of the tyre needed by my Yaris thus proving that the new spare wheel was the wrong size for the car. He suggested that I return the tyre to the firm concerned and offered if the firm concerned had difficulty it should phone him for confirmation. My husband has recently died and his advice is much appreciated as this was the first time I had to buy tyres. I shall certainly recommend your firm to my friends.

The afore said I would like to say that being an owner of a few vehicles it gives me great pleasure to say that Centurion West Branch in Heuweloord has delivered on outstanding service.
The staff in general are all well organised and well averse, from the reception staff/general staff in coffee/waiting room to the managing staff.
I want to single out one individuals’ service in particular, Barend Breytenbach, he saw me and my family on our vacation through fitting new tyres and making sure all was in order to both my other vehicles and recently finding alignment issues after my other vehicle came from repairs.
Through this experience I will definitely be a repeat customer and refer my family and friends.

Ek het ongelukkig nie u van gekry nie maar ek neem aan u naam is James. U is glo die eienaar van Autowiel in Celtisdal. Ons is oppad vir `n wegbreek en ek het my motor by julle gehad vandag vir `n wielbalansering en sporing. Graag wil ek van die geleentheid gebruik maak om u te komplimenteer op `n paar dinge. Dit voel asof julle iets het wat werk hier.
Die diens van die mense en die feit dat daar konstante toesig is maak `n verskil.
Die netheid van die badkamers – dit is regtig `n aangename verrassing gewees!
Die koffie wat jul aangebied het was lekker en die koffietafel netjies, sonder korreltjies suiker en vuil pierings.
Dan glo ek ook die dametjie wat daar werk “add a gentle touch” to the experience – ek het op `n stadium gesien hoe `n dame inkom met haar motor (dit was die mooi BMW wat my aandag getrek het!) en hoe die dame uitkom en haar ontvang. Mens kon sien dit het haar meer laat welkom voel.
Ek glo as jul so aanhou sal ek enige tyd iemand anders aan jul kan voorstel.

I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service I received at your Autowiel branch in the Silver Creek Shopping centre on 24th of October.
This was the best experience I have ever had at any related service centre in my whole life. Not only were your staff polite and friendly but they were true to their word. Best of all, your prices were competitive and often better than that of some of your competitors in the area.
During the tyre replacement and wheel alignment you people stuck to the time table they gave me in advance. They answered all the questions I had and even allowed me to watch them do the adjustment on my vehicle explaining what they were doing and why and what the instruments they were using do. As it turned out in the end they need to do a modification to my vehicle in order to ensure the wheel alignment was done properly. Again they explained what was needed and why. They gave me options and again gave me an accurate assessment of the time it would take to do. I had the modification done because they were open and honest. In short they made me trust them.
During the hour and a half I was there they made me feel comfortable and they kept me informed of the progress.
The name of you the person that helped me at the counter is Willie Dikshoorn but everyone there that morning deserves a mention.
Well done! Believe me I am a difficult client as many of the companies I do business with will attest but your service warrants a definite congratulations from me. In a time where customer loyalty is something difficult to attain your people was able to win me over and I will definitely use you in future.
I’ve taken the business cards Willie gave me and handed it out to friends and family and colleagues to make sure that as much as possible business come your way from people I know. You deserve it.

Ek wil u net hiermee bedank spesifiek Patrick, wat ‘n uitstekende bestuurder is van Autowiel Centrurion vir die manier waarop hy probleme en kliënte hanteer.
Ek was saterdag die 6de Desember ongeveer 4ure daar gewees om die balanserings probleem op my voertuig uit te sorteer op die nuwe Goodyear-rangler bande, wat ek die 15de November op laat sit het. Patric het dadelik opgemerk dat daar ‘n probleem is met die bande. Ek het voorgestel dat ek ‘n duurder band sal koop, hy het die bande bestel wat ‘n Dunlop grand-track is.
Nadat dit opgesit was, was daar geen verdere probleme met balansering nie. Daar was ook geen verdere onkostes nie.
Ek het ook opgemerk hoe Patric deur die loop van die tyd wat ek daar spandeer het, baie probleme professioneel uit gesorteer het.
Baie dankie vir die professionele manier waarop u die situasie hanteer het. As ‘n eienaar van Harry’s Auto Services, sal ek verseker kliënte met ‘n geruste hart na u toe verwys.
